We are conveniently located at 2022 Chilhowee Medical Park, Maryville , TN and 101 Sherlake Dr Suite 106 in Knoxville. Our hours of operation are by appointment only. We currently accept Amerigroup  Tncare  insurance and are a preferred provider for DENSO employees. If you do not have insurance, we are only able to accept direct payment  in the form of money order, debit or credit card. The cost of treatment includes establishing an individualized outpatient treatment plan, medication monitoring, urine drug testing , and counseling. Call today for an appointment!
